1 teaspoon baking sodaWoman teeth

1 teaspoon 3% hydrogen peroxide

  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Dip toothbrush in mixture and brush for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
  • Follow with toothpaste.
